Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Drones (AIR-D)

What: Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Drones (AIR-D) Computer Science Camp presented by BrightPath STEAM Academy and Washington University in collaboration with the National Science Foundation (NSF) Institute for Data-Driven Dynamical Design (ID4). This one-week camp will feature challenging and fun learning discovery where high schoolers will learn artificial intelligence (AI), Block coding, Python coding, engineering design for drones and will also simulate drone flight exercises in a team environment. STEAMERs will program and fly their own drones! 

 

Who: This opportunity is for high school STEAMERs in grades 9 - 12 who live in the St. Louis, MO region. Facilitated by FAA certified PhD instructors.

 

When: Monday, July 25 through Friday, July 29, 2022, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm CT prompt.

 
Where: Washington University in St. Louis campus - onsite and in-person.
 
All applicants must apply for admission to the program by completing the below. Only 20 STEAMERs will be selected for the program.

The participant(s) understand and agree that any use of video as defined in the terms and conditions of this agreement with BrightPath STEAM Academy/Washington University of St. Louis entitles the subject/participant to receive no compensation whatsoever at any time now or in the future anywhere in the universe into eternity (in perpetuity).

BrightPath STEAM Academy/Washington University of St. Louis will be held harmless from any adverse outcomes, ramifications, legal liability or any other obligations from any content capture or marketing that is the responsibility of the participant and/or their affiliate by any relationship (biological, business, social, legal, financial or other).
